TCG’s principal has accumulated over 32 years of experience in the construction industry. His career started as a union carpenter in the residential sector then later transitioned to multi-story renovations within the hospitality industry in the Midwest. For the past 27 years, he has focused on industrial and manufacturing projects. He has served as a superintendent, estimator, and project manger. Additionally, he spent 17 years as vice president of both construction and development, overseeing operations in Chicago and Phoenix regions for a national developer. He has supervised the successful completion of numerous projects for fortune 500 companies and has developed and managed over 19 million square feet of buildings with a total value exceeding $1.9 billion across 12 states in the last19 years.
